To prepare for a successful season, we have to hit the ground running after the break. We will begin morning off season weight training beginning Jan 7th. Workouts will be Mon, Wed, and Friday at 6:30 a.m.
The only reason for not attending morning workouts is if you have weight training class in the second semester!
ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS need to wear navy shorts, grey shirt, white socks, and your shirt must be tucked in. No Excuses!! We will be purchasing workout shirts and shorts for all players as soon as we raise the money for them. Please send in $25 to cover the cost of 2 pairs of shorts and 2 t-shirts
Starting in February, we will add the rising 9th graders on Tuesday and Thursday. Any one who misses a Mon, Wed, Fri workout are expected to make it up on Tuesday or Thursday (starting in Feb).
As always, breakfast will be provided for all of the boys. Any donations towards breakfast are welcome.
